- Give an effective title to your article. The title should tell the exact subject of the content of the article.
- Write a summary before starting the article.
- Explain the subject in paragraphs. The paragraphs should not be very large or very short.
- Use subtitles if your article is large.
- Use easy language
- Give examples to explain your points.
- Check the spellings and grammar.
- Give illustrations
- Give quotes
- Ask questions to readers and answer your self in next sentence.
